Spending Time With Grandma
Yesterday was a wonderful/delightful/fantastic day because I got to spend time with my grandma. We started our day by baking/cooking/reading. She taught me how to make/whip/prepare the most delicious/tasty/scrumptious cookies/cake/pie. After lunch/breakfast/dinner, we went for a walk/drive/bike ride in the park. I loved/enjoyed/had fun watching the birds/flowers/squirrels and listening to the sounds/music/wind rustling through the leaves/trees/grass. Grandma even shared some of her stories/memories/adventures with me. It was such a sweet/special/meaningful day, and I feel so lucky/grateful/blessed to have her in my life.
Nana's Treats
Every visit I go at her house, one thing is always on my mind: Mom-Mom's famous cookies. They are the most delicious cookies I've ever tried. The recipe is probably in the care she puts into them.

Grandmother's Stories
As a little child, there was nothing I cherished more than sitting down for my Grandma's tales. She had a voice like warm molasses and her look would sparkle with delight as she shared her experiences.
Occasionally, her tales were about creatures and whimsical worlds. Other times, they were about ordinary things like baking or going to the market. But no matter what the subject was, her stories always had read more a way of transporting to another place.

Grandma's love/affection/care was a treasure/gift/blessing, something we should remember/need to hold onto/must never forget.
